Omega Chi Chapter at Cornell University

Kappa Delta

Our Officers

Grace Winant

Grace is a junior in CALS majoring in AEM and minoring in Atmospheric Science. She is a member of Order of Omega and the treasurer of the Callbaxx. You can find her taking extremely long lunch breaks in terrace or spotting dogs all over campus.

Maya Samuel

VP Member Education

Maya is a sophomore in Industrial Labor Relations with a minor in inequality studies and law and society. She has an unhealthy obsession with Disney and in her spare time, she can be found cuddling on a couch marathoning That's So Raven.

Caroline Azem

VP Membership

Caroline is a sophomore in the college of Arts and Sciences studying Government and Near Eastern Studies. She is a member of the School Girl Project, which promotes international women's education, and has recently been selected as a delegate to the Ivy League Summit Conference. She works as an RA on North Campus, but loves reading, writing, hanging out with friends, and watching and quoting movies in her free time! Fun fact; she is a confident (although technically not great) dancer.

Susie Hawthorne

VP Operations

Jillian Whiting

VP Community Service

Jill is a sophomore in the College of Engineering studying Environmental Engineering. She is in the AguaClara Project Team as a research advisor advising a sub team that is working on improving the Rapid Mix Contact Chamber. She also is working on research that combines sedimentation and filtration steps, and is on Cornell Club Lacrosse. Jill has a super flexible nose because her cartilage never hardened and she also is obsessed with Candy Crush, currently over level 2000.

Courtney Velez

VP Public Relations

Courtney is a sophomore studying biology as a pre-med in the College of Arts and Sciences. She is an Orientation Leader, helping freshmen become adjusted to their new lives at Cornell, and in her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and laughing at funny videos and pictures she finds. Courtney also takes pride in her short stature, leading to her creating the nickname Shourtney.

Samantha Dimmer

VP Standards

Sam is a sophomore studying Computer Science in the Engineering School. She is on the analysis sub-team of the Concrete Canoe project team, where she gets to combine her love for coding and numbers. In her spare time, she loves to run, watch crime dramas, eat insomnia cookies, and FaceTime with her cats.

Kimberly Herbert

Kim is a junior in CALS studying animal science. She is a member of the Cornell Social Consultants, as well as various pre-professional societies that only lead to further confusion about post-graduation ambitions. When Kim is not updating points forms and announcements or chatting with Nationals, she can be found chasing down dogs on Triphammer Road or watching her own dog on a livestream webcam. She asks herself daily "What would Elle Woods do?" and lives for the (very) rare Ithaca sunshine.

Katherine Campagna

VP Finance

Kat is a junior studying Operations Research with minors in Art History, Business, and Computer Science in the College of Engineering. She is a research assistant and is a part of Cornell's Co-Op Program. Her life goal is to be a contestant on Jeopardy, and she has a list of puns on her phone that she brings out whenever there is a lull in conversation.

Maya George

Panhellenic Delegate

Maya is a junior in the College of Human Ecology, studying Policy Analysis & Management, with a minor in Business and a concentration in Health Policy. She works at Temple of Zeus cafe, leads backpacking trips for incoming freshman as a guide for Outdoor Odyssey, and does research in public health policy, systems, and environmental change with Dollahite Research Group.
